    I take Zinc and Quercetin every morning, and I rarely get sick! I take them on an empty stomach and haven't experienced any side effects. It's been very effective for my immune system.

    We enjoy this brand of vitamin. We also take their multivitamin. They're easy on the stomach, and we feel more is absorbed than passed out. It’s a good product.

    I like supplementing with products that have whole foods and limited ingredients. This one seems to offer both, but I just started, so I can't speak to the results yet. I hope to see positive changes soon.

    The tablet is 11mm wide and 6mm thick, uncoated, so be careful if you have trouble swallowing large tablets. I'm very pleased with the tablet contents. My last zinc had unknown ingredients, which was concerning. These ingredients are simple and hopefully effective. Highly recommended.
