Following my doctor's recommendation to take 1000mg of DHA daily, I initially tried another brand found on Amazon. Those pills were huge, and I needed to take three just to get 900mg of DHA. Discovering the GNC Mini's was a game-changer! They are incredibly small in comparison and only require two pills daily to reach the full 1000mg dosage. Swallowing them is absolutely no problem at all. I'm extremely happy with these and have already ordered two more bottles, especially since they had a great buy-one-get-one-half-off special.

These capsules are significantly easier to swallow compared to typical large fish oil pills, yet they still provide the same amount of DHA. While they are still too large for my 10-year-old child to swallow, their manageable size means I can actually take them consistently, which is the most important thing for me.

Although I haven't conducted a chemical analysis, I can say that these capsules are quite large. However, I find them surprisingly easy to swallow because their surface becomes slippery when wet.
